About the Opportunity

Firmo is seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive ground-up hotel construction expertise to join our Atlanta team. As a Commercial PM, you will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout, with a focus on delivering ground-up hospitality projects for top brands like Hilton and Marriott on time and within budget.

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Atlanta, GA, with regular travel throughout the Southeast for project oversight. You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, and quality control while collaborating with the superintendent and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.

This individual should

• Have proven success leading commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Be an expert in ground-up commercial construction, with hospitality sector experience strongly preferred.
• Be highly proficient with Procore and other construction technology to maximize project performance.
• Demonstrate strong ability in scheduling projects and maintaining tight budget control.
• Exhibit strong leadership in managing subcontractors and vendors to align with project goals.
• Be skilled in interpreting construction documents to guide execution and resolve issues.
• Uphold and promote a culture of integrity, excellence, accountability, and collaborative teamwork.
