Corporate Development Senior Associate

When someone joins the Corporate Development team, they accelerate their career by driving all phases of strategic acquisitions and investments at Chase. As a Senior Associate on the Corporate Development team, you will be a member of a high-impact team responsible for accelerating and transforming Chase's business. You will support Chase's strategic initiatives by identifying, evaluating and executing new transactions. This is a highly-visible position; you will work closely with our business leaders and cross-functional partners in Product, Operations, and Technology as well as various Legal, Risk, Control and Compliance teams.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memos for senior management and executive leadership.
• Support due diligence processes, including market research, competitive analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functional teams to drive project execution.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
