Responsibilities

Diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation of solutions for Epic software, sometimes across multiple locations and stakeholders.

Collaborate with customer counterparts to address mission-critical and complex issues.

Travel occasionally to customer locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• A history of academic excellence or professional success
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
