Pipe Fitter (Days / Nights)

As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting large pipes, specifically 8 inches and up. Your tasks will include performing saddle cuts, using a cutting torch, tape measure, beveler, tack welding, and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Fit large pipes, 8 inches and up.
• Perform saddle cuts and use a cutting torch.
• Measure accurately using a tape measure.
• Bevel and tack weld pipes.
• Read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Work Environment

The work will take place in a manufacturing shop, which is non-climate controlled. Be prepared to work in both day and night shifts, starting at either 5 AM or 5 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Houston, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $31.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
