Job Summary :

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide general labor and clerical support to our receiving department. This role involves both physical and administrative tasks, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and organize all incoming receiving orders (domestic and export).
• Perform clerical tasks while actively supporting physical warehouse operations.
• Communicate via email to expedite orders and manage daily workloads.
• Assist in updating and maintaining repackaging schedules.
• Utilize inventory and office software to manage receiving operations.
• Help resolve logistics-related order issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
