A multi-state law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial disputes and be prepared to manage cases independently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking for a long-term career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and motions
• Develop case strategy and advise clients
• Argue motions and make court appearances
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to move cases forward efficiently
