Summary :
As a member of the health care team, evaluates and treatspatients with cognitive, physical, and psychosocial deficits withinthe scope of a licensed occupational therapist.
Collaborates withother hospital personnel to ensure quality care for the patient.May supervise the activities of COTA, Therapy Technicians andStudent Interns.
Requirements :
A. Education / Skills
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapywith a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in OccupationalTherapy.
B.Experience
New graduate orexperienced occupational therapist.
C.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Must be licensed in the State of Texas as anOccupational Therapist, Registered
- American Heart Association BLS within two (2) weeks ofemployment
