The ideal candidate will have a passion for rehabilitation medicine and be able to work with patients of all ages. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques to provide therapeutic and relaxation massages to clients.

Our Massage Therapist’s main goal is to promote physical and mental well-being by relieving pain and tension, reducing stress, and improving overall health.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities : Conduct initial assessments and interviews with clients to understand their medical history, specific needs, and treatment goals.

Evaluate clients' posture, muscle tension, and range of motion to determine the most appropriate massage techniques and areas to focus on.

Develop personalized treatment plans that address the client's unique concerns and preferences. Select and recommend appropriate massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, or other modalities based on the client's needs.

Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe treatment environment, including proper sanitation of equipment and surfaces. Communicate effectively with clients to explain the massage process, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions.

Document client progress, treatment notes, and any relevant observations. Provide clients with advice on post-massage self-care practices, such as stretches, exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Customize massage techniques and pressure based on client’s specific medical conditions or physical limitations. Skills : Physical strength and stamina Ability to lift patients and help them move Ability to read and execute detailed instructions Good interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Compassion and empathy Good attention to detail Solid knowledge of anatomy Knowledge of PT stretches and exercises As a new and growing business with a focus on team and collaborative efforts, we offer non-traditional benefits such as : Daily input on the overall structure and culture of the clinic.

Weekly team meetings with full staff and with interdisciplinary staff. Monthly staff appreciation luncheons. We are seeking candidates to fill full time, part time, and PRN positions.
