What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment throughout the commercial property. Assist with access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as directed by site policies. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
