As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor the location for unusual activity or potential hazards, and report findings to the appropriate personnel. Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to company and client requirements. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
