- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 months of barista experience in high volume coffee shop or Cafe.
- Minimum 2 years of volume food service experience.
- Minimum 2 months of MICROS POS and cash handling.
- Able to lift 60+ pounds, stand for 8 hours with lunch and breaks, walk 1 mile, push and pull 50 pound carts.
- Knowledge of Health Department food safety standards.
