The primary duty of the professional involves monitoring, maintaining, operating and troubleshooting daily remote access technologies. The professionals must be capable of managing performance and rectify any errors that occur within the Citrix and VDI service. They should verify the applications for deployment via Citrix and VDI. The engineer is responsible for taking care of all the administration tools in the Citrix environment. They should have proficiency in ITIL and other IT operations frameworks.
The professionals should be able to provide all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure. Apart from these, the additional duties include :

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Candidate years of Experience Experience managing Citrix systems, VDI and its other technologies Required 3 Years Experience Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes VDI, and others Required 3 Years Experience Designing and implementing platform security Required 3 Years Very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, active directory, GPO settings Required 3 Years Understanding of the Service Now IT service management application.
