The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead performance marketing efforts that will drive subscriber acquisition, monetization, virality and retention. The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. The final salary will be based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits include : equity, performance-based bonus, PTO, 401(k); and medical, dental & vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships and on-the-ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptions
• Continuously optimise campaigns and A / B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer value
• Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategy
• Own conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from organic / paid content, lifecycle marketing, SEO and promotions
• Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
• Sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CAC
