Were partnering with a leading innovator in the autonomous mobility space to hire a Supply Chain Cost Program Manager. This role is critical in building scalable, data-driven cost management systems that support both new product introduction (NPI) and production programs.
About the Role
As the Supply Chain Cost Program Manager, you will own the structure, accuracy, and scalability of cost data across Direct Procurement. Youll play a key role in transforming manual processes into streamlined, systems-driven solutionsenabling real-time visibility into cost performance.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single source of truth for cost data across production and NPI programs
- Design and implement scalable tools and processes for cost tracking and reporting
- Lead monthly BOM (Bill of Materials) cost updates, ensuring accuracy and risk visibility
- Analyze cost drivers and variances; identify root causes and drive corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle
- Support ERP and cost system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track cost performance and trends
- Establish early cost baselines for NPI and track cost evolution through production
- Improve data governance, consistency, and integrity across systems
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain cost management, procurement, or FP&A (preferably in hardware/manufacturing environments)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Query)
- Experience working with ERP systems and cost tracking tools
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and resolve cost discrepancies
Preferred Experience
- Background in automotive or high-tech hardware industries
- Experience with multi-level BOM structures and cost roll-ups
- Familiarity with NPI cycles and production cost transitions
