About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the FinTech sector, is seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to join their team. This role will drive operational excellence and scalability for our most critical initiative that mitigates & minimizes risk for all our product, service, and application launches. This role is crucial for implementing standardized processes, optimizing tooling, and managing the dependencies across product, engineering, and business core functions. It will require a highly organized individual with excellent stakeholder management skills and overall thoughtful execution. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce process risk by developing and maintaining robust program documentation, including process guides, workflow playbooks, training materials, and wikis for both internal use and regulatory examinations.
  • Partner with Engineers to define requirements to support integration of AI/Large Language Models (LLMs), tooling enhancements, and drive change management.
  • Design and implement scalable processes that drive accountability across the program establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Generate high-impact executive reports and insights on product launch performance.
  • Support Corporate Program initiatives by managing strategic projects that advance product and engineering team processes.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years in program management within tech, with experience leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of the PDLC and SDLC.
  • Knowledge using Jira & Confluence.
  • Highly organized individual with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
  • Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes.
