Project/Program Manager

Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

7-10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Hands-on experience directing programs to migrate SAP HANA Analytics environments to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Track record of managing multi-phase migrations of on-premise SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud.
Strong proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, AI, and MS Office tools.
Experience in SAP for 5+ years.
Experience in S/4 HANA for 5+ years.
Experience in Agile & Scrum for 5+ years.

Responsibilities:

Create projects which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs.
Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed.
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope, and watching for potential roadblocks.
Report and communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
Multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
Interact with a wide range of individuals to drive relationship-driven results.
