7+ years of technical leadership and program management experience in large enterprises, preferably in sales enablement
4+ years of people management and/or direct mentorship
3+ years of hands on Agile experience
Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Project
Proven success driving operational excellence with structured and easily adoptable processes
Proven success building roadmaps and delivering agile software development methodologies
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction
Work closely with internal and external partners and leverage relationships to get things done through others. Be regarded as a trusted partner by the key stakeholders
Attention to detail and a strong track record of successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects in a matrixed organizational environment
A planner who brings order to chaos and determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals up and down the org, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials
