We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and support their families through challenging times.

📍 Location : Providence, United States

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : RN – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

🕒 Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM,

Monday–Friday (3 Days × 12 Hours = 36 Hrs / Week)

What You'll Do :

🎯 Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in a critical care environment

🩺 Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed

🤝 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

📊 Educate families on newborn care and health management

🔍 Conduct assessments to identify changes in patient conditions promptly

🛡️ Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NICU setting

✅ Active RN license (Rhode Island or compact state).

✅  EPIC EMR experience required.

✅ BLS and NRP certifications required.

✅ COVID-19 vaccination required.
