Job descriptionFocused on SharePoint and teams - they both share a backend which is largely SharePoint Lot of businesses in have complexities, challenges when migrating from network drive to SharePoint, Businesses need to keep function when they go to SharePoint, hopefully improve function and remove NONE Make sure businesses can continue being able to do everything This is part of a very large program Any power platform would be good Be able to solve business problems Know the environment very well Additional knowledge of power apps, power BI, power automate Ability to work with people in a partnership model Be productive regardless of circumstances If their communication skills are not clear - big issue If they can't take what is a more complex aspect of technology and relay that in an easy to understand way to the business Soft skills are paramount What it means to provide Not looking for someone to just be heads down There very well could be, part of it that they have to provide support How far in the migration are we - current project is 90% done, now we are at the more complicated items, Followed up by two other projects that are handling aspects of data, have to get moved to azure or SharePoint, Get a role in all of those, this is an entire program, been going on for two years, mostly done aside from challenging aspects, Azure would be helpful, somewhat suspect if someone is at a high level but doesn't have azure experience Not daily development, not weekly, a lot of it will be overall solutioning nad helping to develop that solution They are not a power platform developer Understanding that, can't solution a lot of automation.
