Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational success of our organization. In this position, you will focus on developing robust financial models, analyzing key metrics, and driving insights to improve performance through the use of Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, collaborate effectively with senior leadership and department heads to create forecasts, budgets, and actionable recommendations that align with strategic goals of the organization. Responsibilities

• Create and refine financial planning and modeling tools to enhance organizational performance.
• Collaborate with senior executives to establish medium and long-term financial strategies and forecasts.
• Partner with department leaders to design and implement accurate and realistic budgets.
• Lead financial analysis projects and provide insights into company financial results and operations.
• Develop and deliver management reports, analyzing business performance and utilizing tools like Power BI for actionable insights.
• Offer strategic guidance on investment opportunities and project decisions to optimize financial outcomes.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of project milestones and departmental objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance financial systems and metrics.
