Daily Responsibilities : Install hard tile flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas Perform wood framing for tile installation Apply waterproofing materials to ensure durability Install tile flooring, shower tile, stone tile, glass tile, and grout tiles Complete cabinet installation and acoustical ceilings Required Skills : Experience in hard tile setting and grouting Knowledge of waterproofing techniques Ability to perform wood framing and cabinet installation Experience with hardwood flooring and acoustical ceilings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Nice to Have Skills : Experience in marble and granite installation Knowledge of vinyl composition tile and siding installation Experience in caulking and home repair Skills in bricklaying and laminate flooring Experience in home remodeling and crown molding installation Technical Skills : Proficiency in PlanSwift software Experience in window installation Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $55,000 Maximum Salary : $75,000 Benefits : Sick Leave Company Information : Builder's Innovation Group is a premier construction company based in Murrieta, CA, specializing in high-end kitchen remodels, ADU, and custom home builds.
