Job Summary
Integration Analyst II supports the Technical Integration Team and Information Services Organization by translating business needs into technical integration solutions, focusing on healthcare messaging, system connectivity, and gap analysis to ensure seamless communication between applications and systems.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integration solutions
- Translate customer requirements into clear messaging and data specifications
- Troubleshoot message flow and transformation issues across multiple systems
- Analyze and document messaging gaps between business and technical needs
- Communicate with customers and vendors to confirm format and integration details
- Create documentation for training, support, and knowledge sharing
- Support integration and user acceptance testing across environments
What You Bring
5+ years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and integration2+ years integrating healthcare systems such as EMRs or third-party appsKnowledge of healthcare messaging formats (HL7, EDI, CSV, XML)Experience with relational databases, Transact-SQL, and stored proceduresStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio)Experience with tools such as Diplomat, SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus preferredExperience integrating with EPIC; EPIC Bridges certification strongly preferredSeniority Level
