About This Role :

• Referral and claims management : Capture patient referrals and document relevant information from outside claims to ensure accurate records.
• 340B program compliance : Support adherence to 340B regulations through monitoring, auditing, and maintaining program integrity.
• Auditing and documentation : Conduct regular audits, track discrepancies, and maintain detailed records to support pharmacy operations and compliance.
• Compliance & Record Keeping : Ensures regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, proper record archiving and daily / monthly reporting.
• Professionalism & Training : Maintains active Pharmacy Technician License, supports technician student training, stays informed on industry updates, and contributes to a clean and organized work environment.
