Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs
Support compensation strategy, manage bonus processes, and provide compensation data to leadership
Lead HRIS design enhancements and manage employee data updates and compliance obligations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, or people operations
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs and compensation practices
Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
