We’re seeking a Client Success Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every call and conversation is a chance to make an impact. This is a sales-focused, relationship-driven role for someone who loves converting inbound leads into loyal clients and takes pride in being the voice of a trusted, high-performing brand.

You’ll collaborate with our attorneys, marketing, and leadership teams to guide potential clients through the onboarding journey — ensuring every new relationship begins with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do

In this role, your daily contributions can be classified into three areas :

Customer Service : deliver consistent, reliable, and professional first impressions to potential new clients and superior customer service to previous clients

Accurate Client Records : capture client information and complete reports associated with each client

Relationship Driven : build long-term relationships with past and potential clients

As the Client Success Specialist you will :

• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — deliver a polished, professional, and persuasive first impression.

Convert prospects into clients by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right legal solutions.

Build lasting relationships with clients and inspire repeat business through consistent communication and follow-up.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in inside sales, client onboarding, or customer success.

Prior Salesforce is preferred.
