Jr. Universal Banker
The Jr. Universal Banker is responsible for assisting the Universal Bankers and conducting cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. This role provides sales and servicing of all bank products and services. The Jr. Universal Banker will work with the other universal bankers, operations and sales team to achieve deposit, business, and consumer relationship growth while providing operational support and exceptional customer service. The Jr. UB may be requested to provide support at other branch locations as business needs arise, including but not limited to staffing shortages due to PTO, unscheduled absences, or leaves, high customer volume, or special events. A professional image as outlined in the Byline Bank Employee Handbook is required.

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels. The salary range for this position is $20.19 to $27.40.
