Join the Aetna Quality Management team in a key leadership role overseeing strategy and implementation of HEDIS and Medicare Stars measures. This position sits within the Aetna Clinical Services organization and supports quality performance across Medicare and Duals lines of business. Reporting to the Lead Director of Healthcare Quality Management, the Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for measure strategy, roadmap oversight, and execution of initiatives that drive performance improvement.
This role requires deep expertise in HEDIS and Medicare Stars, strong project leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve enterprise quality goals.

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
