• Unit : Med-Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)\n
• Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour night shifts)\n
• Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
• Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 21 / 2025 – End : 3 / 22 / 2026)\n
• Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday coverage as required\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay : $1930 - $2070 per week\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg / Telemetry nursing experience\n
• Charge nurse experience required\n
• PCU experience required; experience with drips required\n
• ICU nursing experience strongly preferred\n
• At least 3 months of previous travel RN experience required\n
• Willingness to float to any inpatient unit within RN scope of practice\n
• Experience in small critical access healthcare facilities preferred\n
• Must have own vehicle for transportation\nPCU Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit (PCU) and adaptive acuity setting (including 3 : 1 PCU-level care as needed)\n
• Serve as charge nurse when required\n
• Administer and monitor IV drips and advanced therapies\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float to other inpatient units as needed within your RN scope of practice\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards\n
