Summary of Responsibilities
The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, renovations, and upgrades of all existing and future company-owned properties in New Jersey (NJ) and Delaware (DE). Current oversight includes three restaurant properties and two retail centers. This role ensures operational continuity, compliance with company standards, and protection of long-term property value.
Primary Responsibilities
Restaurant Properties (3 Locations)
Building / Equipment / Parking Maintenance
- Conduct monthly and quarterly site inspections.
- Verify scheduled preventative maintenance is performed on all equipment.
- Ensure restaurant management adheres to company facility standards and specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact restaurant operations.
- Negotiate and submit all facilities contracts to the corporate office for signature.
- Provide concise weekly status reports to the CEO.
Renovations and Upgrades
Develop budgets and scopes of work with detailed specifications.Solicit competitive bids from contractors using company-standard bid forms.Present bid proposals to the CEO for approval.Oversee and manage all renovation and upgrade projects to meet company standards.Retail Properties (2 Centers)
Building / Equipment / Parking Maintenance
Conduct quarterly inspections of each retail property.Serve as the primary liaison with tenants.Coordinate all landlord-responsible repairs with tenants.Monitor tenant compliance with facilities obligations as outlined in their lease agreements.Reporting & Oversight
Reports directly to the CEO.Collaborates closely with restaurant management, contractors, and corporate office staff.Ensures all facilities operations align with the company's long-term strategic and financial goals.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
