Overview : A Telephone Operator with La Quinta Resort is responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, the Telephone Operator would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two years of combined prior PBX experience preferred. All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available). Additional language ability preferred.
The hotel functions seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize this fact and be aware that at times it may be necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift as business demands. Compensation Range : The compensation for this position is $17.51 / Yr. - $17.51 / Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
