The Monster Wings in Concord, CA is looking for Full Time Restaurant Manager to join our initial 12 person strong team. We are fast & casual chicken wings and beer restaurant located on 2028 Salvio Street. in Downtown Concord. Between the famous Todos Santos Plaza and Brenden theater. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable and a good team leader. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant. Duties include hiring and training restaurant staff, following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders and follow restaurant procedures
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up and hold accountable for their performance
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
• Keeping track of employees’ hours, organizing schedules to control labor costs, recording payroll data
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs.

Starting Pay $20-$22 per hour plus Tips
