Position Overview :

ZMG is seeking a forward-thinking AI Integration Associate to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across our organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs, vendor technologies, and custom system design—driving innovation in both external partnerships and internal development.

You’ll collaborate with IT, operations, and third-party vendors to streamline workflows and enhance system integrations that support core business functions such as leasing, maintenance, and tenant communications.

This is a fully on-site, M-F role at our office in Indianapolis, IN. NO Remote work is available for this role. You must be willing to relocate or are already in the area for the position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of AI and automation tools across departments.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems (CRM, ERP) and external platforms.
• Evaluate and support third-party AI solutions for analytics and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and operations to identify automation opportunities and document processes.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integrations.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies relevant to property management.
• Support additional digital transformation initiatives as needed.
