Schedule : 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM (Up to $37.00 per hour depending on experience)

Job Summary :

Responsible for performing a wide range of skilled mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to support manufacturing operations and plant facility needs. This is a hands-on, moderately physical role that requires diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions
• Determine and implement effective repair procedures to prevent recurrence
• Navigate and interpret ladder logic using SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix systems for troubleshooting
• Modify positions and diagnose faults on ABB robots (Models : M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700)
• Install, relocate, and align new and existing manufacturing equipment
• Set up and operate machine shop equipment with moderate accuracy and efficiency
• Perform gas and electric welding tasks as needed
• Complete machine repair records and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Execute preventive and proactive maintenance routines
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader
