Summary

The Utility & Maintenance Technician performs light maintenance duties around the facility. This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time as assigned by the supervisor.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 1st shift  (On Call off hours for Emergencies)

Full Time with Benefits

Pay Rate $22.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
• Respond to requests for maintenance services
• Change lights
• Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks, including faucet and valve repairs and replacements
• Performs general fire & safety equipment inspections
• Set up for meetings and special events
• Performs other cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance to contractual obligations required.
