A company is looking for a SaaS Practice Experience Associate / Sales Development Representative (SaaS - Optometry Software).
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads through various communication channels
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and demo to negotiation and close
Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in healthcare
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and close deals in a consultative sales environment
