We are thrilled to offer a position at Niskayuna Community Day Care Center in Schenectady, NY, US for a Teaching Assistant.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of fostering a caring and educational setting for our young students.
Your responsibilities will include supporting classroom activities, participating in hands-on learning experiences with children, and aiding in daily routines while collaborating with seasoned educators.
With a pay rate of $16.00 per hour, this role provides a valuable opportunity to positively influence the lives of the children in our community.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to evaluate student progress and address individual needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assist in classroom management and student engagement
- US Work Authorization
