Associate Creative Director (Hybrid) Job at Cella in Los Angeles

Location : Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type : ContractCompensation Range : $80 - 85 per hourWe are looking for an Associate Creative Director to support retail client's Home Goods team with their creative planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns. In this role you will blend your leadership skills, strategy knowledge, and hands-on creative expertise to create compelling assets.Responsibilities :

Lead the ideation, design and execution for seasonal indicative's and 360 campaigns for the Home category. Manage and collaborate on design aspects and partner closely with copy and studio teams.

Ensure that all assets maintain brand consistency across all channels. Uphold the company brand guidelines while looking for new and innovate ways to grab the consumers interests.

Lead and mentor the team. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members with the in-house studio.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar title within the home retail industry. 10+ years of experience within the creative field.

Strong portfolio showing 360 creative projects.

Proficiency in creative software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
