Job Description : Associate Attorney (Landlord / Tenant) - New Jersey (NY Bar admission a plus)

Responsibilities :

• Handle a caseload of Landlord / Tenant matters, including lease drafting and negotiation, eviction proceedings, lease violations, and tenant disputes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and legal strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in Landlord / Tenant law.
