The ideal candidate will have a strong background defending municipal corporations in a wide range of civil claims, including general negligence, civil rights litigation, and employment-related matters.

We are currently seeking Defense Attorneys with experience representing clients in general liability claims involving premises, roadway, and transportation-related incidents (including vehicles such as buses, police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances). Also seeking attorneys experienced representing municipalities in employment defense litigation, including claims involving sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, and the ADA
