We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Houston. This is a key role responsible for managing multiple retail and restaurant construction projects while delivering top-quality results for our clients.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee 4–5 projects simultaneously and serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and field teams. You will be responsible

Managing project budgets and cost controls

Creating and maintaining project schedules

Coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Conducting regular site visits and supporting field staff

Leading project documentation, reporting, and closeouts

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will

Several years of experience as a Project Manager with a retail or restaurant contractor

Strong communication and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects

Experience reading plans and coordinating with field teams

A proactive, self-driven work style

Preferred Software

On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, Sage Contractor 100 (a plus, not required)
