Consulting Specialist

We are seeking a Consulting Specialist with 14 to 16 years of experience in Finance and Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide strategic insights and drive impactful solutions. This role focuses on enhancing financial processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies to optimize business performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Design and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reduce costs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of financial systems to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members in financial best practices.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management review.
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor financial solutions accordingly.
