Data Center Operations Engineer

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering and installing data center equipment, managing complex projects, and delivering solutions that ensure operational excellence. This role involves engineering all aspects of data centers, including infrastructure, racking systems, network and server setups, cable distribution, power management, and containment solutions.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma is required; additional college or technical education is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience or equivalent field experience in a data center environment.
• BICSI certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient in software tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
• Quick learner for customer-specific engineering databases and software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret complex documents including technical specifications and data center drawings.
• Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and engineering specifications.
