Associate General Counsel Contracting

The Associate General Counsel - Contracting provides support and representation to EmVenio Clinical Research and Professional Case Management (the "Company") by providing comprehensive legal guidance in all contractual matters both nationally and internationally. This position will work with (i) business leads to review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and finalize contracts, and (ii) legal department lawyers and outside counsel to analyze and address issues which may arise in connection with the Company's operations and contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the Colorado Bar or the Bar of the supreme court of the state in which he or she practices.
• A minimum of 8 years of legal practice with a combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Proven track record of exercising excellent judgment on behalf of clients in complex contract, negotiation and dispute resolution matters.
• Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in public and private settings with diverse audiences; ability to translate complex contract issues at all levels of an organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility, and the ability to engender trust and confidence with team members, staff, customers, clients, regulatory officials, and external audiences.
• Enthusiasm and "self-starter" qualities with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Business acumen, including a well-developed understanding of business processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently, cross-functionally and collaboratively.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $152,600 - $259,900 per year.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
