Dynamics 365 Developer / Agile Scrum Master

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer / Agile Scrum Master to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development with the leadership skills of a certified Scrum Master. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-quality solutions that drive adoption and efficiency. Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft-based systems.
• Create compelling and user-friendly interfaces for both web and application architectures.
• Work with Product Owners to transform business requirements into functional user stories.
• Identify and model process and data requirements, define business rules, and develop test cases.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Serve as the primary functional liaison between stakeholders and the technical development team.
