  • Harness your expertise to solve challenges and celebrate success!  Job Summary : JCS Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design and implement software solutions for clients.
  • This position entails defining software requirements, leading projects, planning schedules, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing system design diagrams, coding, testing, debugging, documenting programs, and creating web applications across multiple platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the Microsoft Solutions Technical Lead within an agile team, managing development, deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 SaaS solutions.

  • Document requirements for configuring, testing, and integrating case management solutions.
  • Map functional requirements to Microsoft Dynamics features to deliver CRM solutions.
  • Integrate existing systems into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture.
  • Lead deployment and provisioning activities, prioritizing project requirements.
  • Develop test plans and manage testing cycles including regression, UAT, data validation, pre-production, and production.
  • Collaborate on post-deployment activities including training.
  • Implement redundancy systems / backups and ensure continuity of operations and disaster recovery.

    • What you will bring :

  • United States citizenship is required Active Secret Clearance is preferred College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline 5+ years’ experience with software development, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft SaaS solutions Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, the Power platform technologies and Azure DevOps Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders  Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is a premier technology firm specializing in enterprise-wide capabilities including cloud and infrastructure solutions, cyber security, digital modernization, next generation technologies enablement, software solutions, and mission support services dedicated to providing the highest quality of services and solutions.
