Job description

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician who embodies our core values:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personalized, high-quality aesthetic services including facials, skincare consultations, and treatments tailored to client needs
  • Educate clients on proper at-home care and skincare regimens
  • Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment space
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Create relationships with your clients resulting in repeat business
  • Cultivate a social media presence that drives clients in and sets you up as an expert in the aesthetics space
  • Collaborate with our close-knit team to deliver a seamless, supportive client experience

Licensed Esthetician in Maryland:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong passion and skill are welcome
  • Strong communication skills and ability to properly manage a schedule
  • A patient-first approach, looking to provide an above and beyond experience to each client
  • Someone who takes pride in their craft, with willingness to learn and grow with ongoing education and mentorship
  • A team player who thrives in a positive, client-first environment
