We are looking for a motivated and strategic professional to join our acquisitions division, working with homeowners and investors to uncover off-market opportunities and guide transactions from initial contact through closing.

You’ll collaborate directly with experienced producers who provide hands-on mentorship and share proven strategies for success. With access to structured systems, scripts, and deal frameworks, you’ll learn to manage inbound leads, identify win-win solutions, and close confidently in a supportive, opportunity-driven environment.

This position is ideal for licensed agents who excel in fast-paced settings, value collaboration, and are committed to developing a long-term career in real estate acquisitions.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Team and database lead generation
• Find acquisition properties
• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales
• Close appointments
• Sales scripts mastery
