Work where you matter.\n\nA Brief Overview\n\nAs a NICU RN, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care, develop nursing diagnoses, establish care objectives, and provide essential support to patients, families, and friends. You will be key in communicating with team members, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and adjusting care based on patient needs.\n\nWhat You Will Do : \n
- Provide excellent patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions, coordinating the nursing care plan, and delivering physical and emotional support to patients and families.\n
- Develop nursing care plans through patient assessments, medical history documentation, and establishing nursing diagnoses.\n
- Educate patients and families about healthcare needs, goals, medications, and self-care.\n
- Continuously evaluate patient care to meet therapeutic standards and re-evaluate care objectives to modify nursing plans as necessary.\n
- Maintain a safe and healthy patient care environment by adhering to infection control policies and relevant regulations.\n
- Document all patient care services accurately in appropriate records.\n
- Manage patient care equipment and ensure readiness by checking supplies and performing maintenance as needed.\n
