Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Recruiting Specialist - Logistics. The Executive Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including job description development, sourcing, interviewing, and consulting with hiring managers. They will prioritize finding top talent for our logistics operations. This is a hybrid role, located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility.

• Proficiency in Job Description Development
• Consulting experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field but not required
