We are seeking a diligent Title Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing documentation into the system with a strong emphasis on attention to detail to ensure accuracy. You will be responsible for reviewing documents for errors before finalizing them.

Responsibilities

Process documentation accurately into the system.

Review documents for errors and correct them before finalization.

Provide administrative support and perform data entry tasks.

Manage front desk operations including answering phones and filing.

Assist with scanning and organizing documentation.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications efficiently.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail and typing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with dual monitors.

Excellent data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferably have vehicle titling experience.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience in banking is a plus.

Strong attendance record.

Work Environment

This position requires working in the office with no remote opportunity. There are three available schedules : 7 : 30am – 4pm, 8am – 4 : 30pm, and 8 : 30am – 5pm, each with a 30-minute lunch break. The work environment is business casual, which excludes flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume. While this is a contract position, there is potential for moving to a permanent role or transferring to a different contract within another department.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irmo, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
