Title Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Title Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing documentation into the system with a strong emphasis on attention to detail to ensure accuracy. You will be responsible for reviewing documents for errors before finalizing them.

Responsibilities :

• Process documentation accurately into the system.
• Review documents for errors and correct them before finalization.
• Provide administrative support and perform data entry tasks.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones and filing.
• Assist with scanning and organizing documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications efficiently.

Work Environment :

This position requires working in the office with no remote opportunity. There are three available schedules : 7 : 30am 4pm, 8am 4 : 30pm, and 8 : 30am 5pm, each with a 30-minute lunch break. The work environment is business casual, which excludes flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irmo, SC.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
